Terms and Conditions of Sale

Order Minimums: A $5.00 handling fee will be added to orders less than $50.00.

Discrepancies/Damages:  Any damaged items, shortages and errors must be reported within 48 hours after shipment receipt. Please inspect your orders promptly for proper credit or replacement.

Check Out: It is the sole responsibility of the buyer to review the contents of their shopping cart for the correct product color, sizes, titles, etc. and quantities prior to confirming their order and proceeding to check out.

Price Corrections: All assigned pricing is subject to review and approval prior to acceptance, processing and shipment of orders.

On Line Receipt: Your receipt does not constitute a legal obligation for us to perform. Any unexpected changes to your confirmation receipt will be reviewed with you for authorization prior to shipping.

Sales Taxes – Retail Orders: In some instances, sales taxes for states other than Texas may apply to part or all items contained in your shipment. You will be informed on a case by case basis.

Sales Taxes – Wholesale Clients: To avoid assessment of sales taxes for the state of Texas, there must be a valid signed resale certificate on file prior to shipment of any goods.

Returns: All items returned must include an authorized RMA number written clearly on the packaging or packages will be rejected. Returned items must be received back in pristine condition to be considered for absorption back into inventory or they will remain the property of the buyer. Any errors made on product type, quantity, size, color, title, etc., during the on-line order process unless the fault of Planet Sign Shop, are the responsibility of the ordering party. All sales are final at the discretion of management.

Restocking Fee: There is a minimum 20% restocking fee on any authorized return items plus shipping costs.

Shipment Destinations: Please designate office or business addresses only. Buyer assumes full responsibility for loss or damage to any items shipped to a home or residence. Shipments to non commercial areas incur a higher (residential) shipping charge.

Product Minimums: Orders for 1 or 2 pieces of most corrugated sign related items do not typically arrive in perfect shape and for this prime reason, higher quantity purchases are encouraged. Any subsequent damage or creasing of products on less than half or full case quantities become the responsibility of the buyer upon shipment. Any recourse for re-imbursement will be directed to the assigned carrier.

Local Sign Ordinances: Investigating local ordinances is the responsibility of the buyer. We make no representations and accept no responsibility for any loss of signs, out of pocket expenses or for any fines imposed as it relates to your purchase.

Credit Terms: Credit accounts are authorized only for clients whose orders average $1,000 or more.

Past Due Invoices: Invoices that are 5 or more days past due will incur a $15.00 Past Due Charge. Invoices that are older may incur a higher Past Due Charge. Wholesale Customers: please remember that you are on Net 30 terms (Payment should be received by PSS no later than 30 days from ship date). An invoice is always included with your shipped order and one is emailed as well.

Returned Check Fee: There will be a minimum $25.00 charge for any returned check.

Key Code Discounts: All discounts are good only on products paid within agreed upon terms for credit clients. Pursuit of payment after terms window has expired will be at full value.

Collections: Purchaser agrees to bear all costs for collection and reasonable attorney fees should legal action be necessary to collect any outstanding invoices.

Credit Card Disputes: All disputes are first subject to the terms and conditions as outlined herein. Cancellation of any charges by your credit card company does not absolve you of any monetary obligations for full payment and restitution.

Green Policy:

As one of the Earth’s many companies to supply goods and services, we are committed to insuring our products are as environmentally friendly, energy efficient and recyclable as possible. While our efforts are always ongoing, here are few ways we help to promote “Green”.

Enviro - Neutral: We take pride in the fact that we recycle 100% of our scrap corrugated plastic and cardboard. We re-use all packaging supplies and boxes so don’t be surprised if some of our cardboard containers look a little used and abused when they arrive. We run a 100% “Enviro - Neutral” facility that does not require regular garbage pick-up.

Environmentally Friendly Inks: UV Inks are the preferred ink of choice when it comes to screen printing. They eliminate VOC’s, lead and toxins that can pollute our air and water.

Trademark Policy:

Use of REALTOR™ Logos and Trademarks:
100% of all products produced using the REALTOR™ trademark, are performed solely at the request of the various Boards and Associations from around the county. NAR understands that your reproduction needs are varied and has gone to a great deal of trouble to insure you employ the correct use of the Realtor R name, logo and Trademarks. As either a Realtor™, a Board or an Association, you have the limited right to order products and have the REALTOR™ R trademark reproduced using a reputable company of your choice so long as you insure the correct usage of the trademark is employed at all times. Use of Franchise Logos and Trademarks:

All purchases assume the buying entity is taking full responsibility for the licensed use of the respective logos.

Consignment Program:

With your permission, we are happy to send a small cross section of our best selling real estate products for your review. All we ask is that you set these items out on display and make them available for immediate sale to your members. There is no obligation to pay for these items unless of course you sell them and if any time after 30 – 60 days you find any items difficult to move, simply give us a call and we will send UPS out at our expense to retrieve any remaining inventory (rarely happens).

Please be aware that in most cases, our consignment recipients are pleasantly surprised to find they are placing orders for additional goods within only 1 – 2 weeks from receipt of our original shipment. And you’ll be in good company as we’ve successfully started well over one hundred & fifty other Board and Association stores out (several in your area) by successfully introducing our products in exactly this same manner.

Shipping Policy:

Many of our product pricing formerly included shipping. To allow you to better compare pricing, we felt it was easier to get you our net costs and let you factor shipping in as on overall percentage. UPS has a very handy on line chart for figuring costs.

Custom Vinyl Signs: Small quantities of custom signs do not fare well through any shipper. We can either invest in extra packaging to help insure their safe arrival, or ask you to purchase additional stock signs which tend to travel much better as a group. To help prevent damage or creasing of your signs, please order 20 - 25 additional stock signs.
